From the Line of David
2 Samuel 7
When David seeks to build a house for the LORD, the LORD instead makes an incredible covenant with David. The LORD promises that someone from the line of David will also be from the line of the LORD. When we look at how the Gospel is presented in the New Testament, the most consistent things we see are that Jesus rose from the dead and comes from the line of David. Today we will be looking at the covenant that led to Jesus coming from David's line and what it means for us today.
